Getting Verified: The Dated Photo Check

Verification on this site is a single photograph with four specific requirements. It must be a full-height shot in lingerie, with your face visible, holding a handwritten note that shows the current date and the site’s domain. That is the requirement in full — one image, four things a moderator needs to see in it.

What follows is why each of those four exists, what the badge does for you commercially, and how to get it done without a second attempt.

What the check actually proves

Each element is doing a distinct job, and the check works because they are combined rather than because any one of them is clever.

What each element of the verification photo establishes
Element What it proves What it prevents
The current date, handwritten The photo was made recently, by hand, rather than assembled or edited An archive photo, or a date added digitally afterwards
The site’s domain, handwritten The photo was made specifically for this listing An image lifted from another site, another profile, or anywhere on the internet
Your face, visible Connects the proof to a person — and to the person in your gallery A verification photo that could belong to anyone
Full height, in lingerie Shows the parameters your listing states, in one uncropped frame A stated height or build that the gallery cannot support
All four together A real person made this image, for this listing, today Essentially every way a gallery can be faked

That combination is why the check does not need to be more elaborate. Anyone can copy a photograph. Nobody can copy a photograph that did not exist until today and that names the site it was made for. A stolen set cannot produce one, and that single fact is what the verified marker rests on.

Why it is worth doing immediately

Verification is not a formality or a badge for its own sake. It changes how your listing performs, in two distinct ways.

It changes who can find you

Visitors can browse verified profiles specifically — for example, the verified listings in Dubai are grouped as their own set. An unverified profile is simply not present there. This is the part models most often underestimate: verification is not only a trust signal on your page, it is an eligibility condition for a set of pages where the people browsing have already decided that verification is what they are looking for. Those are, by definition, the most cautious and most deliberate visitors on the site.

It changes how the rest of your listing reads

Anyone who has spent time on directories has learned to be sceptical of photographs, and that scepticism is applied to your gallery whether it deserves it or not. The verified marker resolves it before it starts. Your thirty photos stop being claims and become confirmed. The description gets read rather than discounted. It costs you one photograph and it changes the reception of everything else on the page.

An unverified listing spends the first thirty seconds of every visit arguing that it is real. A verified one starts the conversation past that point.

Getting the photo right

All four requirements have to be satisfied in one frame, and the usual reason an attempt needs redoing is a technical one rather than anything to do with the model. Work through these and one shot will do it.

  • Write the note by hand. Not typed, not on a phone screen, not added afterwards in an editor. Plain paper and a dark marker. Handwriting is part of what the check is verifying.
  • Write large. This is the most common failure. Text sized for reading at arm’s length becomes unreadable in a full-height frame where you and the note are both in shot. Fill the sheet.
  • Get the date right. It has to be the current date — the day you take the photo. Yesterday’s is not a small error, it is the whole point of the check.
  • Spell the domain correctly. A misspelling turns a proof into an ambiguity.
  • Frame the whole height. Head to feet, uncropped. A photo cut off at the knees does not meet the requirement and will come back to you.
  • Keep your face visible. Unobscured — no sunglasses, no hand or hair across it, not turned away, not in shadow. The note proves the date; your face is what attaches it to you.
  • Light it properly. The same daylight that makes a good gallery photo makes a legible note. Dim rooms make handwriting unreadable long before they make faces unreadable.
  • Check the focus on both. If the camera focuses on you and leaves the note soft, the check cannot be completed.
  • Do not edit it. Filters, retouching and crops applied to a verification photo undermine the one thing it is supposed to establish. Send the original file.
  • Keep it consistent with your gallery. The verification photo and your photo set should obviously show the same person — that is what connects the proof to the listing.

If the photo is rejected, you are told the reason. Correct that specific point and submit again — it is nearly always the note being too small, the frame being cropped, or the face not being clear enough, and all three are one retake away from fixed.

Where it fits in the process

Verification sits alongside the rest of the listing rather than replacing any part of it. Your profile still needs accurate parameters, a photo set of up to 30 images that matches those parameters, an original description of up to 300 words, and moderator-approved incall and outcall rates entered in AED. Every field on the form is required. Moderation takes up to 24 hours overall, and is usually done within about an hour if you have contacted the manager through the advertiser panel and completed payment.

The economics of one photograph

Put the effort in proportion. A listing costs USD 300 for the month. Verification costs one photograph and a few minutes, and it determines whether that USD 300 is working on the pages where the most serious visitors are looking. There is no version of this arithmetic where skipping it makes sense.

If your profile is not built yet, the end-to-end route is in How to Get Listed: From Sign-Up to Live Profile, and the gallery rules are in Photo Requirements: What Gets Approved. If your listing is already live, log in at the advertiser login and get the verification handled today rather than at the end of the month you have already paid for.
